Youngest CAO ever?

Yesterday - the Alaska Highway News reported that the District of Tumbler Ridge hired their new CAO - Mr. Jordan Wall, who at 30, becomes among the youngest in the Province to serve as Chief Administrative Officer of any local government (municipal/regional district) in British Columbia

We can match this headline right here in the Cariboo. Mr. Sundance Topham was the same age (or at least very close to the same age) when he became the CAO for the District of Wells. Sundance is now the CAO in Cumberland, BC, a position he took on in 2011. Williams Lake residents might remember him as the Tribune's sports reporter.
