Meeting Agenda with 1 Late Item approved and Committee minutes of Jan 29th and Feb 5th approved
Business:
The Chair provided an overview as to recent Committee actions and Council approvals
Councillor Smith provided the General Governance Committee budget submissions
Action -- General Governance Committee budget recommendations be forwarded to Council for approval (Review DCC Bylaw by external consultant)
The Director of Municipal Service reviewed a Capital Item submission with the Committee (Asphalt Recycling Machine)
Action - That Staff report to Council on giving early budget approval - 2015 for the Asphalt Recycling Machine
The Chair called for public input -- 1 person gave input on potholes throughout the City
