Quesnel Council 2013 SOFI Report

As required by Section 2(3) of the Financial Information Act & BC Regulation #371/1993- all local governments are required to approve an annual Statement of Financial Information or SOFI Report that outlines remuneration/expenses to members of that local government and Staff who made over $75,000 in any given year plus payments to suppliers over $25,000

Quesnel Council approved their 2013 SOFI Report at their meeting this past Monday

In 2013:

Mayor Sjostrom earned $42,665.64 with submitted expenses totalling $2,698.54.  In 2012 - she earned as Mayor $42,398.96 with expenses totalling $8,551.96

Meanwhile, as for the six Quesnel City Councillors:

This will be the final SOFI Report for the 2011-14 Quesnel Council prior to the civic election on November 15th, 2014.  Meanwhile, all of the remaining local governments (Wells, Williams Lake, 100 Mile House and the Cariboo Regional District) must have their SOFI Reports approved prior to June 30th
