In an interview with the Williams Lake RCMP Detachment Commander (Insp. Warren Brown) on CBC Daybreak: Kamloops - he discusses with host Shelly Joyce about a 'crack shack' hit on 2nd Avenue twice in two days. One thing he didn't discuss (but to be fair - it isn't within his jurisdiction) is the need for a multi-discipline approach to resolving this issue - address the root cause and not to have a 'American complex' on the War on Drugs....
