Don Degagne speaks out....

In an exclusive with Got News Network - Don Degagne who was set to assume the position of CAO (Chief Administrative Officer) for the City of Williams Lake yesterday tells them that he was shocked and distressed with the City's action that they will not now appoint Mr. DeGagne as CAO of Williams Lake.  He also tells Got News Network that he has retained legal counsel

In layman terms - I believe a court would most assuredly side with Mr. DeGagne.  The only question is how much money City of Williams Lake taxpayers will have to give Mr. DeGagne due to the mismanagement of this affair..... and then we still have the court case of Cariboo RD vs Williams Lake (City) in regards to the Rural Fringe Fire Protection business to come later on this year....

Mayor Cook, her entire council and her obviously unqualified and unprofessional senior management team should all resign. Their incompetence continues to cost our city financially, and as I'm sure will come out, the RCMP investigation into the blatant corruption at city hall will result in the exposure of the parties involved. I would like to remind Mayor Cook and the rest of her gang of thugs that what hits the fan will NOT be distributed evenly.

What reasoning was used to terminate Mr DeGagne before he even started?

Did they find out he wouldnt hide the insanity at City Hall? Or did they find out he is even crazier than they (Mayor,Council and Management) are?

Either way, shouldnt they have done the homework to find out he was not the "right fit" before he was hired?

More law suits to follow I am sure, and the City continues to swirl around the toilet bowl.
