TNG gets partial legal funding from BC/Ottawa for its' court case

The BC Court of Appeal (BC's highest court) has ruled that BC and Ottawa must partially pay the legal costs of the Tsilhqot'in First Nation court case appeal from the BC Supreme Court

The Tsilhqot'in First Nation has launced a last-ditch effort to appeal the BC Court of Appeal's ruling to the Supreme Court of Canada, although the Supreme Court of Canada has not yet ruled if it will hear the case but I expect that it will, given the huge constitutional and legal implications involved
