Editor's Note - I must admit, I was taken aback by the language/tone used by Councillor Thapar in describing Quesnel Mayor Sjostrom.  I don't think he needed to say things like "she (Sjostrom) has created a monster".  Just raise your concerns politely and move on... I now wonder what the public thinks of Quesnel when one elected official uses 'extremely strong and negative words' towards Quesnel's top elected official....
