Failed to mention that the girl runs with a known FN gang, is tied to other issues and in Canada a youth cant have a criminal record, she can have a youth court history which is sealed under provisions of the YCJA.

Not excusing the officers, however some facts that are being glossed over need to be addressed. For instance: gangs at that low level tend to go against rival gangs or associates and generally leave the normal population alone.

How are those comments relevant. The issue here is the abuse of the RCMP officer. She is a female and seventeen for gods sake. I am so very worried that that CAO can be verbally agressive and rant against a citizen, in the media gathering to discuss what happened at the Aquatic Centre the main concern was that the City was not held accountable and now when the local RCMP investigated themselves the charges were laid against a handcuffed, seventeen year old FEMALE detainee and Mayor and Council do nothing about any of it.

Why wasn't the CAO sanctioned for his abuse of power, why does the local RCMP get to blame decrepencies with an independant investigative party just a communication misunderstanding"?
This is scarey and I think maybe some Provincial or Federal help needs to be called in. The taxpayers of Williams Lake should fear for their lives and their wallets. This is heartbreaking and scarey to no end. I think we should all go for sencure against the Mayor and demand that the CAO is removed from his position. We are talking about the head of the City, the head of our local government and now the head of our protective services.

How is it relevant her sex and age. 17 year old females can pull a trigger, stab, etc just like 17 year old boys...your comment is sexist and ill informed as to gang behavior.

It's a sad thing when these savages can cry abuse when given the chance they would do the same to any officer or anyone of authority. They have no fear of authority and don't care about the repercussions because they can cry discrimination.

It is going to come to a head when those of us that pay taxes are sick and tired of having their cars stolen or broken into, their families harassed by the roving "IO" gangs. I don't blame the mayor or anyone else in the municipal government because that’s ridiculous. It's these little punks’ parents or lack there of that are to blame.

Why is it the law abiding are the ones afraid of the police and not the putrid scum that leech off the teat of society?
