Seniors' face long wait in Northern Health for actual health services...

On Feb 18th - following the damning report of BC's Ombudsperson entitled The Best of Care: Getting it Right For Seniors - the PG Citizen reviews the wait time, more than 200 days for an assessment for seniors health care needs, while the wait was just 21 days in the Fraser Health Authority and just 68 days in the Vancouver Island Health Authority.  No data was available for the Interior Health Authority

As a young person - even I know waiting 200 days or 6.6 months for a determination for health care services for seniors' in Northern Health is unacceptable
