Interesting to note that the PG paper neglected to mention the real reason why McInnis isn't doing it...that being the expressed need by Council to remain neutral in the debate so there is no real, or perceived, bias being expressed by a City staffer. Makes sense to me as guaranteed all the conspiracy theorists would jump all over that if the vote didn't go their way.
