She also stated that City Manager John Stecyk had the authority needed to consult with legal counsel for the FOI Bill and finally - Mayor Sjostrom expressed her deep disappointment that Councillor Thapar chose to express his concerns in the media first, rather than seeing her and the City Manager (J. Stecyk) to receive clarification
