As most are aware - Retirement Concepts has applied for a rezoning to amend the current zoning designation (CD-14) on their most recent Phase 3 Building. Given recent inquiries to City Hall and concerns raised previously about Retirement Concepts site plans - a public consultation meeting on their most recent application will be held as follows:
Date - Thursday, May 26th, 2011
Time - 4 to 6pm
Location - WL Seniors Village (1455 Western Avenue)

This public meeting is a seperate requirement from WL City Council and a formal Public Hearing will be held on this rezoning application and advertised seperately by the City
