Given the amount of snow in the Cariboo-Chilcotin area, the City of Quesnel has now published a 4-page brochure on its' snow removal procedures. See that document here
I publicly congratulate the City of Quesnel for this proactive communication measure and urge them all to keep up the excellent work :)
As an aside - I've now asked Brian Carruthers, CAO for the City of Williams Lake, to consider doing the same here and for the same reasons. I'll let you know when I get a response

UPDATE - The City of Williams Lake CAO has now advised that he'll take this idea under advisement as part of their project to revamp the City's website later on this spring
