Just a reminder that the local Community Arts Council will be having its' AGM on Monday, October 18th, 2010 starting at 7pm at the Central Cariboo Arts Centre (former City of WL Fire Hall - besides WL City Hall)
Harry Jennings (current Community Arts Council President and member of the newly-formed Central Cariboo Arts and Culture Society) says amalgamating both the CCACS and Community Arts Council will be discussed at the CAC AGM
My take is on this is - amalgamating is necessary for the Central Cariboo to move forward on Arts and Culture. We simply can not have 2 societies - CAC and CCACS - doing the same thing
