CTV-BC is reporting that the Federal Cabinet is split on whether or not to give approval for the Prosperity Mine Project, west of Williams Lake, at Fish Lake and as a consequence, CTV sources have told them that a decision on whether or not to approve Prosperity Mine has been delayed
