This morning, the Province of BC announced that it was returning $2.9 million in carbon taxes back to local governments in BC.
Communities in the Cariboo-Chilcotin will be receiving the following amounts:
Wells - $1,829
Quesnel - $24,626
Williams Lake - $15,453
100 Mile House - $3,436
Cariboo Regional District - $4,925
