BC Court of Appeal shoots down appeal of Industrial Taxes - Catalyst Paper vs District of North Cowichan

Earlier today, the BC Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal from Catalyst Paper resulting from their industrial property tax bill in the District of North Cowichan for 2009
