Under the provisions of Section 787 of the Local Government Act - I have appointed Ms. Phyllis Webstad as the Alternate Director for Electoral Area 'D' of the Cariboo Regional District. She is a resident of the Wildwood community. Electoral Area Directors' are required to have an Alternate Director as per Section 787(1) of the Local Government Act
I am confident that she will represent Electoral Area 'D' well in my absence at the Cariboo RD Board table. This appointment is effective immediately and will last the entire 2014-2018 Term
Alternate Director P. Webstad only attends meetings (Board/Joint Committee/Rural Caucus) at my request
