Quesnel/WL/Wells Councils' meet next week

The Cities of Quesnel/Williams Lake and the District of Wells meet next week as follows:

Quesnel - Special Open Meeting/Committee of the Whole on Monday, Oct 6th at 7pm in Quesnel Council Chambers.  On the Agenda:

* Ratify NC Joint Planning Committee recommendation re: West Fraser donation
* 2015 Annual Council Meeting Schedule
* Transitional Funding
* 2015 Canada Winter Games Torch Relay event update
* Delegation #1 -- Karima Beaucage and Bally Bassi, Prince George and District Elizabeth Fry Society; and Victor Porter, Ministry of Justice in regards to Human Trafficking

* Delegation #2 -- Urban Systems re: Quesnel Works Capital Reinvestment Program

Its time for new blood auditing the books at the City of W.L....PMT had reached their best before date..hopefully these new auditors will stand their ground and represent the taxpayers of Williams Lake without fear or favour.
